There are inventions common to us that kind of make you question human intelligence.Inventions so complex not made on purpose and yet here we are, they exist.

Some were discovered as other inventions while others just by simple accidents.Someone unintentionally doing something off and now there isn't that feeling of mhh, this thing I can't place a finger on should exist by now.

An act of God?Nature balancing itself out?To us though, it was definitely unintentional.These inventions are;

1. Surgical anesthesia
It took someone running into walls, falling down the stairs and even getting into fights to discover surgical anesthesia.The culprit was a gas, diethyl ether.

It wasn't tried out in labs but vapor parties instead.Dr.Crawford.W.Long noticed the behaviors of these parties with his fellow physicians.

2. Radioactivity
French physicist Antoine Henri Becquerel wanted to demonstrate a link between minerals which glow when exposed to strong light and x-rays.

The weather in Paris that day bumped that up though.He needed sunlight but the weather wasn't in his favor.It was cloudy.

How disappointing for him, all that preparation and all those people there to witness the beauty of his invention and the weather sets out to let him down.

3. Microwave
The chocolate melted in Percy Spencers' pockets and the evolution of microwaves began from that messy moment right there.

Must've been a bummer for him, his sweet treat melting like that into a mess but to become the father of microwaves just like that, he probably smiled and laughed about it sometime later.

4. Mauve

Willian Perkin wanted to prove that quinine could be synthesized in a lab. 

Instead of finding a malaria cure to prevent British soldiers from dying from it in India, invents a dye.He crosses over to fashion.

5.Stainless steel

Stainless steel knives and spoons came from the invention of a gun barrel.How about that.Not just that but other various forms of stainless steel as well.

Harry Brearley was given a task regarding the erosion of metal in a gun barrel.

He was to solve that problem by looking for a metal that was highly resistant to erosion.

6.Fireworks
A Chinese alchemist was perhaps hoping to discover an elixir of immortality.some stories calls the Chinese a cook.

Well, it wasn't the elixir but celebrations are more colorful now aren't they?Spectacular actually, firework proposals are possible, it's just amazing.The Chinese mixed in a number of things.
